What’s included.
* 5 full-body workouts, allowing you to train 1 - 5 times per week. The programme is primarily dumbbell-based, including some bodyweight exercises to make it as accessible as possible. It is suitable for those with limited access to weights and equipment.
* optional additional workouts for core and arms. These are also bodyweight and dumbbell-based.
* 2 landmine workouts included for those who have access to a barbell (these are optional extras).
* a simple and effective warm-up video routine to follow prior to each workout.
* printable PDF workout logs for each workout spanning 5 weeks to help give you some accountability and structure.
* exercise video links attached to each workout log so you can be confident that you know how to perform each exercise.
* advice on regressions for certain exercises, along with progression and regression video links for press up adaptations.
It also includes a training pack explaining the programme with advice on various ways to progress with the programme if you have a limited amount of weight available.
